Our Centre offers Hatha Vinyasa Classes for Beginner Students and Advance Students. We have classes 7 days per week. 

What is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha yoga is a very popular practice all around the world.  Such practice concentrates on physical health and mental well-being of each student. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditationto generate a healthy body, clear and peaceful mind.  There are many yoga postures, with hundreds of variations, suitable for anyone; which work to make the spine supple and to promote circulation in all organs, glands, and tissues. Hatha yoga postures promotes strength also stretch and align the body, creating balance and flexibility.

Benefits of Regular Yoga Practice:

  • Hatha yoga is also used by physical therapists to improve many injuries and disabilities, as the gentleness and adaptability of yoga make it an excellent rehabilitation program.
  • In a celebrated 1990 study, Dr. Dean Ornish's Program for Reversing Heart Disease (Random House), a cardiologist showed that yoga and meditation combined with a low-fat diet and group support could significantly reduce the blockage coronary arteries. 
  • Other studies have shown yoga's benefit in reducing stress-related problems such as high blood pressure and cholesterol. 
  • Meditation has been adopted by medical schools and clinics as an effective stress management technique. 
  • Yoga has been touted for its ability to reduce problems with such varying conditions as asthma,  backaches, diabetes, constipation , menopause, multiple sclerosis, varicose veins, and carpal tunnel syndrome. 
  • Yoga as a daily activities program can improve fitness, strength, and flexibility. 
  • People who practice yoga correctly everyday report that it can promote high levels of overall health and energy. 
  • The mental component of yoga can clarify and discipline the mind. 

Our Classes:

Beginners :

  •  6 weeks Yoga Introduction  for students never done yoga before; 
  • Beginners Regular class -  to learn the foundation of asanas/ postures, breathing, strength and stretches, meditation and relaxation. 

General Class

  • suitable to all levels. Every class will progress with stretches, strength postures. Some days will be slow pace, long stretches and other days fast pace - flowing vinyasa.
